The wine obtained is very rich, displaying a certain aromatic complexity which suggests preferably letting it age for several months or even years to give the fragrance time to develop and convey the wealth of the terroir. This wine is just right for fish in a sauce or even a foie gras, where the wealth and intensity of this vieilles vignes Chablis arouse your taste buds."
